Gareth Boss battle in Octopath Traveler who is the boss in Therion's Chapter 3 story with a recommended level of 36.

Gareth Weakness - Sword, Axe, Staff, Ice, Wind
Minion Weakness - Spear, Dagger, ?, Lightning

Bosses are really starting to hurt, so making sure my equipment is up to par is important. This guy was annoying since he gains 3 turns after his minions are defeated and missing your normal attacks are a real possibility. He will also start using Steal Life to recover HP after every break so be prepared for that. Stacking health on my lower level character is a life saver as well as having Shackle from the thief class. Having blind would have helped as well.
