Octopath Traveler II, Part 3
0It was not my intention to upload a near-two-hour video, but it seemed mean to have a 30 minute "let's wander around the overworld" video before getting any additional narrative. So I figured screw it, let's do this, and threw everything together.
So, here we are: this is, in effect, as far as I got in the ORIGINAL Octopath Traveler - that being the third companion. If I quit this game tomorrow, it's just fate telling me I'm not allowed to go any deeper in these games.
In the meantime, however, I decided to go east and get myself an apothecary (it seems), so I'm well balanced with a warrior, a healer, and...a merchant, I guess, but at least he can fight! Working out quite well for myself, I must say.
Also, I'm once again not TOO troubled by the combat, even in the more aggressive chapter bosses, but I'm taking that as a positive spin. I'm also greatly enjoying myself in the game, both wandering the wilderness and fighting baddies to pounding through the narrative and embracing all these troublesome little tales of woe and sorrow.
Only real question now is: do I go east or west?
