16My blind let's play/ playthrough of Return to Monkey Island! It's been such a long time coming, and I never expected it, but Return to Monkey Island is finally with us! Ron Gilbert, Dave Grossman and co have released a brand new Monkey Island game that will finally answer the questions we had at the end of Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge!
In this episode, we finish up recruiting crew members by giving the Joke Book to Apple Bob, which just leaves Iron Rose and Putra to go! We realise we have an Inspirational Pamphlet about LeChuck, so we give that to Iron Rose to remind her why she enjoys being on the crew so much! That secures us the remaining votes, so we ring the bell to call a vote! All vote in favour, so we put Murray into the Cannon, but it appears we still need to get the Map to the Secret of Monkey Island from LeChuck! We try swapping our other map, and then paperwork with it, but LeChuck won't be distracted! We look around the ship some more and then ring the bell twice to signal LeChuck's Shouting Time! He leaves his Cabin to shout the the Crew! We run inside and swap our Map for LeChuck's Map and then fire Murray over to Captain Madison! Hooray! Or so we thought, because Guybrush is just about to undo most of his hard work with stupidity!
