29My blind let's play/ playthrough of Sam & Max Save The World by Telltale Games! This is the original version of the game comprising six episodes that were released for Microsoft Windows over the course of late 2006 and early 2007. Based on Steve Purcell's comic book series Sam & Max, the game follows the title characters Sam and Max—self-styled vigilante private investigators, the former an anthropomorphic dog and the latter a "hyperkinetic rabbity thing"—through several cases.
In this episode, we look for other places we can visit, but with the car broken, it seems like we can only attempt to get the Cannon from Jimmy Two-Teeth in Bosco's! We ask him again to sell it to us, but he refuses, so we try to take it instead and he fires it at Sam! Then he reloads the Cannon, so we take the opportunity to stop him while he's distracted! We pick up the Cannon and take it back to Sybil's and then fire it at her to destroy the Hypnosis Goggles! We ask her what she was doing, and she says she was testing a new game called Reality 2.0 which is based next door in Lefty's old shop! We head there next and find various machines all connected via the Internet and the plot of the episode suddenly becomes clear! They give us a Chip to put into the Broken Goggles!
