My preferences when it comes to the Mega Man Battle Network series are pretty standard. My favourites are 3 and 6, so this shall be a fun revisit. This time around, a couple of perks get involved! While this is a mostly vanilla playthrough, I did go and pick up an older little rom-hack called Battle Network 3+ that restores some cut animations and content from the Japanese version of the game as well as fixes up the whole post-game desaturated internet thing.\n\nThis will be played on actual hardware as well, opening up a couple of fun possibilities to make use of, the biggest of which is being able to trade over the missing chips from the copy of Battle Network 3 Blue I actually have. This does mean playing the game two times to an extent... at least as far as the version exclusive Navi chips... so that will be on my own time. Sometime in the past, past me decided to restart my Battle Network 3 save data which was a foolish decision... I used to have so much good stuff and a couple of really well put together folders and aggh.\n\nNotably I did want to try and apply a much more recent translation revision hack that polishes up the dialog a bit, but alas, the two hacks do not play together and cause crashing, so only one it is.\n\nAh well! Time to get taught how to do Viruses Busting again.\n\nEnjoy!~
