Is 'Dancing With the Stars' for second-rate personalities?

Earlier this week, "Orange is the New Black" actress Taryn Manning said she was approached by "Dancing With the Stars" many times but turned it down because she said it's for "has-beens."

But show officials say Taryn was the one to reach out to be on the show, and they turned her down.

Meanwhile, former competitor Jesse Metcalf says he also turned down being on the show twice because of the stigma, arguing that actors a free to do a lot more in the industry.
