In this video I talk briefly about "the boy in the peach" story, but don't really explain it because I'm braindead. The story I was referring to is called "The Legend of Momotaro, the boy born from a peach". It's a children's fable, like Humpty Dumpty, or Goldilocks, or Little Red Riding Hood, or uh James and the Giant Peach (ok that one's not really a "children's fable" but I had to mention it). Also, the gate in front of the Moon Cave entrance is a Torii. Torii are big fancy gates used to mark the entrance of a sacred place. They are typically used at the entrance of temples or shrines. Oh, and smaller torii are all over the place in this game as well. For example, one stands in front of the guardian sapling I run into at the beginning of this video.
