ASUS K50IJ laptop โ€“ the problem is as follows: it wonโ€™t load the Windows 10 installer from a USB stick (I get the Windows logo, then just a blinking underscore).
Iโ€™ve tried several different tools to write the installer: Media Creation Tool, Rufus, Ventoy (the latter was able to load the installer in wimboot mode, but the installation didnโ€™t start and gave the error: โ€œWindows Setup could not create a new partitionโ€).
I tried to create the partition manually, but in the end, the installer still wouldnโ€™t launch.
