Welcome to the first episode of my RimWorld Tutorial Series! In this episode, we break down World Generation and Starting Locations. We talk about storyteller difficulty, factions, roads, terrain types, growing periods, rock types, map generation, rivers, and coasts. I also give some advice on starting locations, and what you might want to look for in terms of animal life, temperature, disease, and difficulty.

This is RimWorld, an early access sci-fi colony sim game by Ludeon Studios. It is probably one of the most in-depth and polished early access games I've ever played, and I'm loving it.
