I bought my Arcadeworks.net OMEGA consolized MVS way back in 2013, and one of the features added to Omegas since then was the VMC or Virtual Memory Card functionality (specifically high score saving) that comes in with the combination of a VMC enabled NeoBiosMasta, and a suitable version of Unibios (in my case, 4.0).

Anyway, today I added that functionality myself, vs. sending it back to be upgraded--which probably would have been the far smarter choice, but sometimes I can be thick-headed about doing little things myself.

Now I don't have to put my favorite Neo Geo games into a rotation so I don't lose their saves when I try out other games.

Documentation, and indeed confirmation of VMC+UNIBIOS is a little scant. I recall browsing across some threads about it on the neo-geo forums years ago, but can't seem to find them now, otherwise the only firm mention I can find of them is on the arcadeworks omega page itself.

If anybody can link me to some better documentation on the VMC, I'm all ears--those threads are still out there somewhere, just hiding from my attempts to search for it.
