Omega Quintet Review PS5
Omega Quintet Review
In this obscure JRPG, you play as a group of J-Pop idols who use the power of music to save the world from invading monsters. Yeah, it's crazy! But, is it crazy enough to work?
From Compile Heart, the developer behind the wildly popular Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Omega Quintet has that signature JRPG recipe - A light hearted story, a likable, if shallow cast, a great combat system, and a touch of fan service.
Compile Heart was confident in this game's mass appeal, giving it a western release.
In this review, I'll make the case for why this game is worth checking out even if it's not perfect. I'll cover the story, the combat, the presentation, and the fanservice.
So, is Omega Quintet the next best thing to Hyperdimension Neptunia? Let's find out!
