Omega Sentinel Marvel Legends review #shorts
90Marvel Legends House of X Tri-Sentinel wave Omega Sentinel Review. Omega Sentinel is based on her look from the House of X series of comics. Her sculpt is a very accurate 1 for 1 recreation of the character from the source material, and it’s hard to find any flaws on her. Each detail is sculpted down to the lines on her feet, and they’re all painted accordingly. Speaking of paint apps, they’re pretty clean; there’s a blemish here and there, but it doesn’t stand out much and the colors look really good overall. It’s hard to make similar valued colors like the red and metallic grey work well together, but this figure pulls it off and it makes the reds pop. Her articulation is good; her head has a lot of range, but the chest joint limits action in the torso and lack of calf articulation makes her legs somewhat stiff. Accessories include extra arms that recreate her weapons and an extra head. The trouble in paradise is that this extra head changes the character’s ethnicity from Indian to white. It’s racist, and Hasbro should know better. On a scale of S to F, I rate Omega Sentinel a B; the sculpt is great, but the gross inaccuracy of the second head is a black mark on what would otherwise be a top notch action figure.
