0In the 2nd area of Shy Guy's Toybox,Pink Station,we've found Tayce T.'s stolen Frying Pan. We'll have to go give it back to her now,and she rewards us with a Cake! Back to Pink Station,we can now give this to the Gourmet Guy blocking our path. This also nets us a Cookbook. If we give this to Tayce T.,she can start cooking with 2 items at once! New Shy Guy variants show up around here,including Spy Guys and Pyro Guys. We find a lever and use it,which lets us take the Toy Train to Green Station. There we find a Mystery Note and a Dictionary,as well as a Koopatrol enemy I chose to fight. Take the 2 items back to Russ T. in Toad Town,and you'll get a Star Piece and the note translated. After solving the puzzle to reach Red Station,we soon fight a miniboss called Big Lantern Ghost. You have to have Lady Bow attack his lantern,so that Mario can attack him directly,otherwise your attacks will miss. He can also stun you and your partner with the lantern,so be careful. Defeating him gets us Watt as a partner! She can light up dark areas and reveal hidden blocks. Her attack also ignores enemy defense!
