Omi's Video Game Vault: Pokemon Stadium
0Released for the Nintendo 64 in 2000. Co-developed by HAL Laboratory. Spinoff of the Pokemon series. Fight in 8 round battles in tournaments to try and win each respective cup. Winning a battle without losing a single Pokemon on your team will net you a continue. There's also Gym Leader Castle,where you can challenge the Gym Leaders from the Kanto region. You can eventually unlock Round 2,which makes the game even more difficult! This is a notoriously difficult game where the I'm pretty sure the AI straight up cheats,and it's even more prevalent in Round 2. You can use Rental Pokemon,or plug in a transfer pack and bring over your teams from Red Blue and Yellow. Don't forget the minigames too! Those are fun. Clefairy Says and Sushi-Go-Round I remember being my favorites.
