Released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998. Sequel to Yoshi's Island on the SNES,but it's pretty much an entirely different game altogether. The goal in each stage is to collect 30 fruit for Yoshi to make him happy,taking an arcade approach to try and get the high score in each level. Eating a favorite fruit or melons yields more points,and eating the same fruit in a row adds a multiplier. There are multiple stages per area,but you'll only be able to visit one per playthrough,which also depends on the Hearts you find in stages. Guess it's to encourage you to try different levels with multiple runs. Did the Treasure Hunt and Bone Dragon Pit levels here. This is SUCH a weird game.
