quick review of gacha games I played

Dokkan: Fun if you like dragon ball, rates aren't bad and the game is pretty generous I think, prices for multi summons are pretty high though, was my main gacha since grade 10. The rates are good with an ssr guarantee per multi at 10 percent

battle cats: The cats are pretty cool, the game takes a long time for you to do the events because you need to wait a long time to get copies of the basic cats to use, which only drop once a day or more if you do the event that drops tickets. rates are not that good and there is not ssr guarentee, there is a double rate banner though which increases ssr drop rate from 5 to 9 percent, this is more of a side gacha for me

project sekai: Free rhythm game with lots of story, the currency is pretty easy to accumulate in my experience (around 5 days so dont listen to me). The rates are lower for ssrs at around 3 percent but having good card means that you can eventually get a good score so its only important to have a few good ssrs so that you can make one good team. The rhythm aspect is pretty fun and ive always enjoyed these games, also quick shoutout to arcaea which is another kind of the same game but instead of gacha you have to buy the song packs which can get pretty expensive, around 160 for everything but in march they have a 50 percent off sale. The story is also pretty peak with characters all having their own focus events. My favorite is Nightcord at 25 and I really enjoy Kanade and Mafuyus stories, which I believe are about guilt and perfection accordingly, which both resonate emotionally with me.

limbus company: This is a gacha game by the titular project moon, creators of library of ruina and lobotomy corporation. As always the writing is awesome and you can just spam the winrate button that plays the game automatically for you. Also as always the tutorial sucks so you probably have to look up how to get good at the game. Im not aware of the rates yet because I havent been focusing to o hard on this one. One thing that I like is that you can convert your stamina into an item like condensed resin in genshin. It seems like the currency is more difficult to accumulate in this game in my experience (around 5 days so dont listen to me) but they have 90 percent off daily singles if you spend money. Third time as always the story is really peak which I bet I would appreciate more if I played lobotomy corp which i will get around to one day.

Blue archive: This game seems like it has a high budget for the story, but the gameplay is not it. its like an autobattler with chibi slop which i cant really get behind. the rates were also pretty horrible i did not get any ssrs in like 4 multis which just made me ragequit

Azur lane

I couldnt figure out how to upgrade my units so i lowkey gave up after 3 days, it seems that this game is really ftp friendly and you can collect all the units pretty easily but the skins are the things that kill you, they cost like 20 dollars a pop. I might come back to this later

Brown dust 2

this is like fire emblem for people who like beating it. The same problem as above where the skins are really expensive but the game is generous. I played this for like 2 days and then I quit because i hate fire emblem

This game is lowkey peak. It reminds me of nier automata storyline crossed with genshin. The gameplay is pretty fun meaning that you can properly strategize and stuff but we all know nobody cares about that. The rates seem ok but the costs in the store are too expensive for skins and summons. I got the pilgrim noah and i keep hearing her quote "if only a real commander could see this", really pisses me off. The story is acually interesting and you can interact a lot with your units which I enjoy. This is honestly gonna be a mainstay for me

Echocalypse

low quility chibi slop where you have to collect the same unit 6 times to make them useful like genshin. There is too much stuff and currency to collect and its really annoying. They bait you in with the awesome splash screens and art but the gameplay is so ass and pay to win, this is the most p2w game out of all of them ive played. They pull up screen after screen to beg you to spend money on this crappy game it honestly makes me mad. I skipped 99 percent of the story because it seems like there is so much yapping and so many chapters like what could you possibly have to say bro. This is the worst one on the list
