my newest book i wrote talks about how replication/mimicking ended up becoming a problem for me. i was struggling with my mental health at the time when i published this video. becoming a look-alike distracted me from my depression and struggles in the adult life, so on one end it wasn't incredibly horrible to method act jason but nonetheless i don't recommend doing it at the level that i did.
