September 16, 2015 | We were in McKinleyville, CA. This video essentially teaches you, the traveller, how to take care of your personal hygiene on the go. I apologise for the background noise.

Essentially, here's what you need:
- A small sauce pan (which you can probably get at any 99c / dollar store)
- A wash cloth (which you can definitely get at the dollar store)
- Shampoo / soap (which you can get at most drop-in centers and if not, public restrooms do supply liquid soap)
- A toothbrush and toothpaste (hopefully you were able to bring your own)

You fill the sauce pan with hot water and soap, swish the washcloth around, and give yourself a sponge bath. Then you brush your teeth. Or whichever order you prefer to do that in... and you're good! The video basically just shows me doing that and explaining it, but there's a lot of background noise and such. It also shows you what to do if you do not have a saucepan handy.

I don't really know anything about how to wash hair on the go, though, unfortunately.
