On this segment of On the Go, Vice Mayor Gallego is on location at Phoenix College at the Friendly House Youth Employment Fair. In the segment, she interviews four teens attending the fair about their goals both for the event and their immediate future. The fair was part of Phoenix’s My Brother’s Keeper efforts and allowed youth to connect with 25 local employers including Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, APS, the Phoenix Police Department, Harkins Theater, and HSS-Hospitality Solutions. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about interviewing and resume writing.
