I was introduced to this game around the same time that I was getting out of amazing games from Broderbund like the Zoombinis and others, so I was really into the mindset of solving puzzles, and becoming determined to try again and again until I got it right. Theme Hospital plays into this by creating a scenario where lives are on the line, but, at the end of the day, it all really comes down to the bottom line instead. It's a harsh lesson to learn, that when you are sitting in the hospital administrator's chair, sometimes you have to do something that seems terrible to one person (firing them), but in actuality it is to correct the course of the hospital and ultimately ensure their success. For example, in the start of this level, I kept getting warnings that my diagnoses were not all the way accurate and if I should take the chance on a cure or what. The cause of this was literally one unskilled person. By removing this obstacle, I was able to complete the level.
