I tend to avoid these map modifiers: Burning ground, Desecrated ground, Players cannot leech, Monsters reflect elemental damage. I try to run everything else to increase the variety of 8 mod maps that I can do and I would say I brick maybe 1 out of every 100 maps.
This atlas farming strategy has been one of my favorite so far because of it's profit consistency and because of how easily accessible it is. I've been having a ton of fun farming for apothecary cards to hopefully get my third mageblood of the league! This strategy is best for characters made for magic finding (mf) although can be a decent all around strategy for group play or all around mapping builds. For builds not running magic find, I might suggest not using wandering path and instead take some notable passives on the tree since you won't be stacking quantity and rarity as much, it might be better to get the added benefits of the notables. If you don't count the headhunter that dropped, I am about 210divs in profit over the course of 3 days of farming. This equates to nearly a 10 divine per hour profit margin.
Since the delirium difficulty is high, it's important to consider your defenses if you are a solo magic find build like me. I have a video out on my build, I am using deadeye tornado shot as my ascendancy and skill gem of choice. I would say the one downside to this atlas farming strat would be how slow it can be to take out abyss portals, but abyss has been so insanely good and has really high value drop rates so it's definitely worth it! You may be able to substitute abyss for legion although I highly advise you not to since you will be losing out on a ton of mob density.
With this atlas strategy, we are focusing on eater of worlds altars because of its inherent quantity and rarity options as well as its duplicate divination card and duplicate unique item choices.
