The Sky May Be is a joke wad that was made for Doom in 1996, it was intended to be a joke, and that earned it its status as a "bad mod". It's really simple though, as expected from 1996, the "levels", are really basic and are made with single colors to make it look like a "retro style". Whether or not it was made like that on purpose, it's still a bit funny.
