1- install the game (mine is full iso)

2- Change language by editing steam_emu file or when u start game first time

3- Save location will be

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\1089090

C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\One Piece Pirate Warriors 4\Saved\SaveGames

4- fix 800-0000 steam error when the game start just paste the crack again
