Online co-op has arrived for Needs for Speed Unbound within Lakeshore Online, and it's epic! We've tried it!

Our hands-on impressions of the free Vol.3, which releases on 20th June 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Linkups are the co-operative mode, appearing in seven areas on the map at random times. Anyone, up to 16 players, can join in simply by driving to the area, and the series of challenges scale according to the number of players. If you complete 12 rounds, you also unlock the new DMC DeLorean car.

We also touch up on the new drift playlists, Speed Pass and store, with a quick look at two new extreme modified body kits.
