I'm omitting Zelda's lullaby because there are so many iterations of that song that it can be its own video (and is; other people got that one covered).
I'm not the biggest fan of Ocarina of Time, but I can admit that Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword wouldn't be what they are without Ocarina. I also noticed Nintendo seemed to be more partial to songs Link learned as a child when it came to remastering them in later games. I guess they're a little bit simpler and therefore easier to replicate.
Those Wolf Link songs though. *chef's kiss*
You might notice I've been doing some music mixes lately. I'm kinda in nostalgia mode. Gaming isn't what it used to be anymore. Playing the new games doesn't give me the same sense of adventure it did when I was a kid. Maybe it's the games themselves -- or maybe it's because now, as an adult, there are adventures out in the real world that I have the complete freedom to partake in. Or maybe it's a little bit of both. Either way, I love listening to the songs that marked significant memories growing up. For me, the music makes up for more than 50% of the gaming experience. Since I don't have any of my older consoles and games anymore, I can't go play those games again -- nor would I really want to, because even if I did, it wouldn't be the same adventure through the same lens I once had as a child. So I will continue to listen and remember those times as they were, unmarred by futile attempts to relive them. There are new adventures waiting for me instead, and the cool part is that I can still take that music with me on the journeys I'll be taking throughout my life.
