OpenGL Visual Studio 2017 Fireworks Multiple Explosions No Gravity

I decided that I wanted to improve the fireworks display, so I added multiple explosions at the same time, and also decided to take out gravity, and increase the initial speed of each particle, AND also lower the lifetime of .... each explosion, not each particle.
