Opening 120 Santa's mega boxes to find out if they are really rigged | 2020
There is a post at reddit claiming 2020 Santa's boxes are rigged in such a way that they give out at first rather meh ships from a specific shortlist (there are different shortlists for each of the box types). So let's see how it works. If Santa's box gives you a ship that you already have, you get a supercontainer that gives you a random ship from the pool of premiums that you do not have yet. If Santa's box contains a ship that you do not have yet, obviously it gives it directly without a supercontainer. Since I had quite a number of premiums already before this year's Santa's box, I've received a lot of supercontainers instead of Santa's boxes.
The reddit post claims that Santa's mega boxes give you at first ships from the following shortlist:
Duca D'Aosta
Yudachi
Vanguard
Ochakov
Since I've already got the first 3 ships in that list, let's see what ship I will get straight in a Santa's box and not in a supercontainer. Would be an interesting coincidence if it happened to be Ochakov, right? Not even mentioning if it was the 4th ship I get :)
In total, I've got the following ships:
tier V 2
tier VI 2
tier VII 2
tier VIII 10
tier IX 2
and other goodies:
180 days premium
100 000 coal
1200 special signals
700 camos
26 000 doubloons
