With tensions at the Hoover Damn risin', Courier Six sought to assemble allies for the comin' battle. Arcade Gannon stepped up with a handy lead on some potential help.

Arcade revealed that he and his father were once a part of The Enclave and told the courier that Remnants of the now long-gone outfit were still alive in the Mojave. And so the two travelled across the wasteland, lookin' to re-unite the Enclave Remnants under a new banner.
