OpenLoco is an open-source project to both fix and enhance the glorious bug-filled nature of Chris Sawyer's Locomotion. I tried creating some enhanced scenarios based on some of the features that were brought in more recently (improved landscape generation, town growth, etc). This is the first of three Beginner scenarios which I called Sandbox Settler II.
