And I don't mean the result, it's only 4 stars and even so my personal result in this one is one of my better results, there are people out there who can easily top this one.
What I'm referring to in the title is the sheer amount of luck by which my team did actually win this...
Yes, we did win, but the way how is just ...
Didn't realise we won until the moment the game finally said we won. Even than I was "What??? How???" for a few more seconds until it dawned to me...
After I got myself sunk, there are still 3 players in the match (Belfast, Mahan and Hiryu) and 8mins until the operations ends. Mahan and Belfast will sink to the bottom relatively soon after me, so it's up to the CV.
Or is it? Seems like Wargaming has a heart for CVs after all because even so our CV managed to miss 2 grounded ships with a torpedo drop and didn't kill anything at the end he is still able to fetch victory from the jaws of defeat.
Also the LOL moment in the middle. I did totally miss this while I was playing the match. The enemy Missouri gets taken out by the mighty "Sturm-Transportschiff Nr.2".
