Testing out YouTube's new streaming services. Come join me for OP RH Phase 5 on TF Charlie, where I will be filling in as a Designated Marksman.

MISSION:
We are the main effort.
When: 0600 Local
Who: Havoc 3 and Supporting assets
What: Assault
Where: Dolina, Factory, Polina
Why: Destroy RPLA forces on the objective, hold Polina.


EXECUTION:

Enemy Key Strength:
The enemy's key strength is a defensive posture in forested and hilly terrain.

Enemy Key Weakness:
The enemy's key weakness is that they are scattered.

Exploitation Plan:
We will use mobility to isolate and overcome any resistance to our advance.

Endstate:
Polina will have been cleared by friendly forces and defensive positions setup.

Coordinating Instructions:
The overwatching forces will not engage until given the order.

Scheme of maneuver:m
Havoc 3 and Jackal will start at COP Defiance and walk to the AO.

Tasks:

Havoc 3 will proceed from COP Defiance OP Sheridan. There we will pause to reorganize. The Task Force will then split into two elements. The first element consisting of Havoc 3-1 and Havoc 3-3 will proceed to hill 230 and get eyes on Orlavata. If necessary the two squads will clear the town from Hill 230 or by advancing into it. Then two squads will then proceed to OBJ Stuart and capture the factory.

Meanwhile Havoc 3-2, Havoc 3-4 and Jackal 1-1 will proceed from Sheridan to OBJ Lee and secure the town.

From this point, Havoc 3-1 and Havoc 3-3 will assist Havoc 3-4 in the capture of SBF Porter. While this is going on, Jackal 1-1 with Havoc 3-2 as escort will proceed to the intersection marked on the map and prepare a minefield.

Once the minefield is laid, and SBF Porter is captured, all elements will focus on OBJ Buford. Havoc 3-2 and Jackal 1-1 will attack from the south. Havoc 3-1 and 3-3 will attack from the east with Havoc 3-4 providing supporting fire.

Once we capture OBJ Buford, Havoc 3-2 will take up defensive positions covering the road into the town from the South. Havoc 3-1 will do likewise from the Northwest. Havoc 3-3 will cover the center of town with an axis of fire to the west and north. Havoc 3-4 will remain on or near SBF Porter and position it's teams to provide the best fire support to the squads. Jackal will provide a reserve force in the center of OBJ Buford.

Q: Why is the video only in 360p?
A: Because I make my videos available the instant they're done uploading, but it takes youtube time(up to several hours) to finish processing the videos in full HD. A lot of people either watch on platforms that 360p is fine, or simply don't mind the lower quality and want to watch the videos asap. Either watch in low quality or be patient.

A: i5 Ivy Bridge 3570k; 120 gig SSD; 1tb Standard HD(for recording); 8 gigs ram; nVidia Geforce GTX 770 (I run ArmA anywhere between 20-60 FPS, on med-high settings)

Q: What do you use for recording?
A: Fraps for video and system audio; Audacity for personal audio.

Q: Why don't you play in First Person?
A: I'm a 3rd person gamer. I hate first person. It's unrealistically restricting. Please don't try to "convince" me otherwise as if I am unaware of the gaming style I prefer.

Q: Were you in the Military?
A: US Army 99-06, Radio Operator(25C). Non-Combat Veteran.

Q: Is that AI or real people?
A: If it's an ArmA Mission it's AI unless I very specifically state otherwise. The 506th doesn't PvP.

Q: What ArmA 3 mods do you use?
A: AiATP, RHS Escalation, CBA A3, TFAR, ACE3, cTab, FHQ Accessories, ASDG Joint Rails, DAR MAXXPROs, grace weapon sway fix, Ares, mrb A3 Voice Stop, Robert Hammer Pistols, Switch Weapons While Moving

I am no longer using any iteration of JSRS due to the problems it causes on servers. It was discovered by me in Feb 2015 that all versions of JSRS for the past 4 years have been causing massive amounts of errors on dedicated servers so it has stopped being used and I don't use another sound mod.
