Finally decided to try adding keysanity into an Ages/Seasons AP and it wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting.

New features exclusive to Archipelago currently:
Freestanding heart pieces and gasha seeds are randomized
Trade quest items are shuffled into the item pool and each individual one can be turned in separately for an item check
A few NPCs who give items when talked to are now shuffled in
Ability to randomize number of required essences
All shop slots have randomized items including the advance shop
