I have used multiple hard disk enclosures before, which allow converting an internal hard drive into an external one, allowing you to carry it around. With m.2 nvme drives becoming more and more common, you might have a spare drive perchance. It might not be useful to you within your system as you could have all your slots full, and you don't want the drive to go to waste. This nvme drive I have, came out of a laptop, which I had upgraded the storage to 1TB. The drive has been lying on the side unused, but to breathe new life into it, I purchased a nvme enclosure.
