Oriental Empires is a turn based 4X style civilization-building game set in ancient China, featuring both single player campaigns as well as a multiplayer mode.

This lets you create scenarios similar to the Warring States scenario, which is already in the game, and share them using Steam Workshop. With the scenario editor, you can define your own factions, easily place cities, buildings and armies, and even include your own faction symbols. With the scenario editor released, the map editor has also been expanded, as you can now use the map editor for your scenarios, too!
