(original string quartet with narration) Eisenhower's Order of the Day - June 6, 1944 (D-Day)
7I had begun this string quartet a couple summers ago, based on a theme I wrote for an Arma 3 terrain mod of Omaha Beach by JNSMods as an extension of @HeavyOrdnance_Works work of, Arma 3 CDLC Spearhead 1944 - a WW2 based DLC for the popular mil-sim platform. And thought it a good idea to share and pair this year with Eisenhower's message to commemorate D-Day.
Eisenhower's message is great and timeless, and my favorite line is "The tide has turned! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory!"
