TEXT VERSION:

Collect white record to access the lower levels of the excavation site either right next to PAP, or around the perimeter of the site e.g. by church.

Collect gramophone from under PAP in the excavation site.

Collect the lighting disc from near generator 4, it can spawn inside the tunnel near the wind gateway to the crazy place, on the bandwagon to the left when entering the tunnel, or on the table next to the wunderfizz machine.

The 3 parts can be collected by riding the tank. The 1st is on the way from church to the tank station, there will be a wooden cutoff staircase on the right before the trench to generator 2. The 2nd is on the way from tank station to church, there will be a cutoff wooden scaffolding on the left linked to the excavation site, which leads the player to a small hole where they can pick up the staff part. The 3rd part is on the way from tank station to church, there will be a dirt path before church on the right that leads to an upper level of the church where the staff part can be picked up.

Then you’ll need to enter the crazy place through the lighting bunker which is next to generator 5, then pick up the lighting crystal from the lighting altar and you’ll be able to return to the excavation site and build your staff in the lightning pedestal.

Lightning Staff Upgraded (Kimat’s Bite)
First you’ll need to enter the crazy place and head over to the lighting area, you’ll see a purple glowing piano, and you’ll need to enter the 3 codes according to the image on screen, the 1st code is 136, the 2nd is 357, and the 3rd is 246. Once this is done you’ll get a noise signifying you have done it correctly.

Then you’ll need to leave Agartha and change all 8 of the electric terminals around the map, now the amount of turns for each area is as follows:
Next to generator 5 - 3 times so it points down
Basement of church, next to the torch with the number 3 - 2 times so it points right
Upstairs of church, next to the repairable window and fire code - once so it points up
Next to wind tunnel, to the right of its entrance - 2 times so it points up
Spawn room, at the bottom of the stairs - 2 times so it points down
Tank station, to the left of the back door - 3 times so it points down
Behind excavation site facing you as you leave church - 3 times so it points up

Once you’ve done all 8, you should hear a noise letting you know you’ve done it right, if not just go over all 8 terminals and check them once again and you’ll eventually get it.

Then enter the excavation site and turn each of the 115 rings so they’re all purple using the levers around the lower excavation site. Then shoot the orb at the bottom of the 115 rings with your lightning staff.

Finally you’ll need to just enter the crazy place and place your lighting staff into the lighting altar where you got your lightning crystal. Get around 20 zombie kills whilst in the crazy place and eventually you’ll get a prompt that’ll allow you to pick up the upgraded lighting staff!
