WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE TUTORIAL:
Collect white record to access the lower levels, which is found around the excavation site either right next to PAP, or around the perimeter of the site e.g. by church.

Collect gramophone from under PAP in the excavation site.

Collect ice staff record (inside the tank station near generator 2 on one of the shelves).

Collect 3 staff pieces (1st by starting area, 2nd middle area, 3rd near church).

Collect gem in the crazy place, portal is at generator 6 (church).

Then build it underneath the PAP in excavation site down below on the ice pedestal.

Ice Staff Upgraded (Ull’s Arrow)
Complete ice puzzle - go to crazy place and go next to the ice portal, use the cheat sheet to help you complete all codes (random order), look at the code on the wall and shoot the corresponding one on the ceiling.

Destroy the 3 tombstones around the map by shooting them with the ice staff, and then shooting them with a gun that fires bullets, normal bullets not PAP (To the right of the MP-40 near Generator 4. Between the Excavation Site and a giant footprint, close to Generator 4. On top of the small hill when going right from the back exit of the bunker next to Generator 2, next to the downed mech's hand and tank location).

Align the 115 rings in the excavation site, turn all of them blue by turning the levers throughout the area.

Shoot the blue ball underneath the 115 rings with the ice staff once all the rings have been aligned, then go to the crazy place and place the ice staff into the altar where you got the ice gem from, and get around 20 zombie kills whilst in the crazy place until it gives you a prompt to pick it back up and you’ll have Ull’s Arrow!
