Note that when Vex Armor is used immediately before Elemental Ward, the warframe Chroma could still move freely without the stand still delay from Elemental Ward.
To activate Bleeding Willow effectively with fury mod equipped, simply tap E and hold for half a second continuously multiple times instead of the traditional EEE(Hold) EEE
