This OSRS Mini-Guide shows you how to completely get rid of Corp's Dark Energy Core. If you have any amount of lag while killing Corp, then dodging the core may not be a viable option for you. Check out this short video while I show you how to permanently kill The Core in Old School Runescape!

This is one of three common ways to deal with The Dark Energy Core. The other two are: Dodge it by running 2 steps away everytime it is moving under you, and use a Blowpipe and Serpentine Helm to vemon it - this will stun it and you must stay within 1 tile of The Core for this to work (if Corp moves and pulls you away you must kill The Core or dodge it). I have found the best thing to do, for me, is get rid of The Core completely!
