You need to sideload a different browser to the Quest 2 in order to sign-into OSRS. I used Chrome Canary. To type the user/pass/TOTP, you need to use adb shell input or an external keyboard (on-screen doesn't appear). RS3 works on Quest 2 as well and you can either try the same log-in process above, or link Facebook and sign right in with that (notably easier and doesn't need a keyboard/adb).
