Today we headed just down the coast from Skegness to visit Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells - one of Andy’s favourite places when he was younger.
We were hoping for a proper nostalgia day: arcades, rides, bingo… all the good stuff. But as soon as we arrived, things started going a little wrong. I managed to break my camera getting out of the car (brilliant start), and Andy couldn’t find the bingo he was looking for - so the day didn’t quite go as planned.
Still, we made the most of it! Plenty of retro vibes, fairground fun and a good wander around one of the quirkiest theme parks in the UK.
