I wanted to find out how possible it would be to become a Director of Football in FM as opposed to a manager. I've tried saves where I allow the DOF to do all of the transfers, and I wanted to try flipping it so that I do the transfers and a "head coach" does everything else... In this video, we deal with the ridiculous situation of our head coach refusing to sign a new contract and ultimately leaving! We appoint a new man, conduct our Summer transfer business and see how results go heading up to January...
