Update 1.2 for my Ghost Recon: Wildlands Cinematic Excellence Lighting Overhaul mod. This mod uses the amazing ReShade 3.0.6 framework. This update improves visibility at night and in certain dark interiors. It still keeps night vision and thermal version useful, unlike the standard game.

Film grain, sharpness and cinematic black bars on top and bottom optional. Controls can be found at the download link below.
