14Skyrim online is very much real and all this was done with OUT the dev kit that is being released late January , truly amazing stuff, the oblivion multiplayer never even got this far with the dev kit and 3 years.

Installation is a breeze just copy paste the rar files to your skyrim directory, it will over right your config. If that affects you just back it up, I didn't.
Double click the exe it gives you, let it update.
Get in game, go to whiterun, everyone goes their.
Hit F3 and sign in, ull have to make an account, do that on the www.skyrim-online.com page
And ur done.
Hit f3 again to get a curser and be able to use chat. Its early beta so don't expect being able to battle all the dragons and dangers of skyrim tonight. But tomorrow, that's a possibility
Fast travel does not work, yet.
PROTIP : Don't use the nude mod
