This tutorial no longer applies. The sound files are still in the same directory (C:\Riot Games\LoR\live\PatcherData\PatchableFiles\Audio), but inside PCK files.
For sound effect PCK files (stage0.pck, stage1.pck, ...) you can still use Ravioli, but for voiceover files (Language(XY)_stage0.pck, ...) use the tool from my updated tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvoKoXqePg0

Notes:
* If you are looking for music, it's mostly the big files (1MB+).
* You need run the game at least once to have these files downloaded.
* Some files (especially the voiceovers, thanks Garen Burner Channel for pointing this out) cannot be converted this way, this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPsCGNs9eA8 applies to those files instead
