Outlast But mirrored mod:

1. Download Reshade for Outlast. In reshade ingame search for "flip" and choose "flip horizontally"

2. Go to "Documents\My Games\Outlast\OLGame\Config".
Open "OLInput.ini"
The very first section should be titled "[Engine.PlayerInput]". There you should find the line "bInvertTurn=False". Set this to "bInvertTurn=True" and the x-axis should be inverted. (ty rafy)

3. Switch in control between "A" and "D" and for "Q" and "E"
