Outlook 2021 - Contacts Tutorial - How to Create Edit and Update Contact Information in Address Book
Contact and Address book settings are found in three locations in Outlook. These settings control the search order of the address books (when Outlook needs to resolve the addresses) as well as the display in the address book when you click to To button.
You can manage contacts in Outlook by editing information for an existing contact. To edit the information for an existing contact, double-click the entry for the contact whose information you want to edit to open the “Contact” window again. Then change the contact’s information in this window. After changing the information, click the “Save and Close” button in the “Contact” window to save your changes
This tutorial will apply for Microsoft Outlook 2021, 2019, 2013, and 2010 for both Windows (such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, Acer, Asus) and macOS (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, MacBook Mini) devices.
