If you are a pyromancer and especially if you are geared up in legendary acari gear set these mods just absolutely destroy enemies and elites like a nuke.
This mod combo is amazing but even if you can only put one of these mods on they are still very powerful and some of the best strongest mods the pyromancer can use for increasing your damage.
