I've been using PPSSPP emulator on my PC since about 2014. I decided the other day to see if I could get it working on my phone, as up until then, the most ambitious I'd got with mobile phone emulators was a GBA emulator.

It works absolutely brilliantly, was easy to set up and get running, was able to download and get a few game ISOs unzipped and loaded up without actually even needing to use my PC for any of it. My teeny-tiny blutooth pad configured itself almost perfectly without me actually needing to change much (the only thing that needed changing was that positions of the triangle, square, circle and cross buttons on the pad).

Absolutely mind blowing to think I can play a portable version of Outrun 2 on my phone now.
