OutRun 2006 on PC is finally playable ONLINE again
17Yup, after years of the feature being defunct, you can now play OutRun 2006 Coast to Coast on PC with the game's native online netcode and lobbies again as it was possible back when the game was fresh out of the oven.
HUGE thanks to emoose for creating OutRun 2006Tweaks which, aside from adding a bunch of QOL features, added two days ago [as of writing this] this replacement server feature to restore the PC port's native online functionality. Could have tried making something more elaborate [I have more footage, I could at some point], but for now I wanted to share this absolute highlight of a moment in one of the races I had to break the news that after so many years [more so between the time I might take editing a silly montage...and the time it would take uploading], OR2 online is now back and easier than ever for PC players.
